At Liora Bloom, we carefully hand-pour and package each candle to ensure safe delivery. However, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept used or burned candles. Additionally, we do not offer exchanges based on scent preference.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours. Make sure to include clear photos of the product and packaging. Once we review your request, we will offer a replacement. Alternatively, we may provide store credit if the item is unavailable.

To proceed with a return, items must remain unused and in original packaging. In most cases, customers cover return shipping costs. However, if the issue is caused by us, we will handle it.

We process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Depending on your payment method, refunds go to the original source or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders.

Please note that repeated order rejections may affect future Cash on Delivery eligibility. Overall, we strive to make every Liora Bloom experience smooth and satisfying.

2: Shipping policy

We proudly deliver across Pakistan. Once your order is confirmed, we process it within 6–8 business days. After that, delivery usually takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location.

However, delays may occur during holidays, sales, or due to courier issues. In such cases, we appreciate your patience. Shipping charges, if applicable, appear at checkout.

For Cash on Delivery orders, please provide accurate contact details. Incorrect information can lead to delays or failed delivery attempts. Therefore, double-check your details before placing an order.

Once shipped, we will send tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. This way, you can easily monitor your order.

5: Candle Care and Safety

To ensure a clean burn, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use. During the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface. This helps prevent tunneling.

Always place your candle on a heat-resistant surface. Also, keep it away from flammable items like curtains.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. In addition, keep it out of reach of children and pets. For safety, stop using the candle when 1/2 inch of wax remains.

Above all, handle candles responsibly. As a result, you can enjoy a safe and relaxing experience.

6: Our Sustainability Promise 

At Liora Bloom, we believe luxury and responsibility can go hand in hand. Therefore, we create candles in small batches using high-quality wax and carefully selected fragrance oils.

In addition, our glass jars come with reusable metal lids. You can repurpose them for storage or decoration.

To reduce waste, we offer a recycling program. For example, return ten used jars and receive one free candle.

Furthermore, we use eco-friendly packaging and follow responsible sourcing practices.
